I wasn't feeling inspired to re-work my clothesline in a photographic manner this season. But I couldn't leave my hallway empty. So as I surveyed my freshly decorated front door, I realized how easy it would be to keep going with a springtime theme using scrapbook paper and a pair of scissors.

I'm in love with my new feathered friends. They keep this place feeling full of life and activity as I walk up and down the hall. I have the bird silhouettes saved as PDF files so if you want to make your own flock, let me know and I will e-mail you the outlines! >:)

A Bird On A Towel

I can't seem to get enough of the bird theme lately. Here are two tea towels I stitched for my sister. How can drying dishes not be fun with towels like these?! Also, the applique inspiration came from my very dear friend who is proving to be no slouch at applique herself. xo.
